You are assured of absolute satisfaction with the printed books. For any reason you are not happy with your book proofs, and you do not want to take the job any further or go into production phase, your deposit is also going to be returned.
Apart from that, in case your product does not correspond with your proofs according to accepted commercial standards set by our team during the inspection, then on receipt of the returned damaged books to Hambone Publishers, we will replace your product without any further charge. Additionally, regarding all products which we custom manufacture or print, they are guaranteed unconditionally against defects on materials or workmanship. Should any of our custom-manufactured products be of poor quality, we shall without charge replace or repair any such damaged product returned to Hambone Publishers.
